For the past two years, the Tolson Center has been empowering lives through inclusive learning, recreation, and cultural exchange, opening doors to bright futures. We have been dedicated to this mission by providing enriching activities and programs for youth and families across our community — from our Tolson Dance Club to our senior meal program with REAL Services to our financial empowerment program with INOVA.
The Tolson Center has been tremendously supported in this life-changing work with significant funding from the City of Elkhart, the Community Foundation of Elkhart County, and the Lilly Foundation — and from many individual and corporate donors here locally. However, as a reimagined community center that is on a path to sustainability as a nonprofit organization, establishing strong donors and corporate sponsors through our annual fundraising efforts will be crucial for us.
