Tolson Rentals

Tolson is a flexible space designed to meet your needs. The center includes a variety of rooms to rent that include audio/visual capabilities, upon request. Set up, tear down, and clean up will be the responsibility of the renter. To rent a space call 574.359.7233. View rental agreement here.

Tolson Spaces & Rental Fees:

1 hour minimum for the following rooms

  • Presentation Room (32 capacity)- $70/hr.
  • Conference Room (10 capacity)- $70/ hr.
  • Multipurpose Room (130 capacity)- $80/hr.
  • Program Room (20 capacity)-$70/ hr.
  • Dance Room (25 capacity)- $70/hr.
  • Art Room (20 capacity)- $70/hr.
  • Outdoor Playground (30)-$70/hr.

2 hour minimum for the following indoor/outdoor courts

  • (Indoor)West Gymnasium (450 capacity)- $110/hr.
  • (Indoor) East Gymnasium (450 capacity)- $110/hr.
  • (Outdoor) Basketball/ Pickleball Courts-$110/hr.

4 hour minimum for the following outdoor amenities

  • Soccer Field-$150/hr.
